."I have always felt a calling to make a difference in the lives of children, so I began my career as an English teacher. Later I returned to school to become an attorney, and then worked with an organization that provided legal services to abused and neglected children, as well as children with disabilities and special needs. As an Assistant District Attorney and a board member of the Children’s Advocacy Center. I continued standing up for those less fortunate, and today as Judge of the 277th District Court, I have the ultimate repsonsibilty to make sure that the innocent are protected and that those who violate the law are held accountable for their actions.
A new day has dawned in this courtroom. I am grateful to Governor Rick Perry for putting faith in me, and I pledge to create an atomosphere that respects the law, as well as every person who stands before the bench. I will never forget that I serve the citizens of this community, not the other way around."
"The stakes in this election are high, and it’s important we have qualified conservative judges hearing cases in our courtrooms.
I ask for your vote, support and prayers."
